Xiaomi MI 3 Specification, Price and Release date in India

Xiaomi is considered as Apple of Chinese phone brands. No 1 Chinese phone maker XIAOMI is going to release their absolute beast of a Smartphone Xiaomi MI 3 at very affordable price 14,999/-. A really great tactic by XIAOMI to woo Indian consumer by offering a great product at budget price.

I am sure this is gonna be interesting and how Samsung - current leader in Indian Smartphone market is gonna react to this strategy (their Grand & Duos phones are under-powered and overpriced.) Chinese Mobile phone Giant's plan for India is still not clear, but But it seems that Xiaomi is ready to jump into the second largest Mobile phone market and wanna grab the piece of it. Because this is type of phone which you can compare with iPhone 5s, LG nexus 5 or Samsung Galaxy S4 and still priced at 15K. Surely, great way to enter any market and become the headline. Obviously, it is going to be great competition against Moto G, Galaxy Grand and Micromax mobiles.

Xiaomi's Mi 3 is a showcase of how Chinese phone makers can create quality hardware without emptying your pocket. This is one of the best smartphones you can buy in its price range. I mean look at specs they are absolutely fan-bloody-tastic.  It is A dragon in your pocket.

Android L Released - Fresh design, improved notifications and redesigned Multitasking

Android L design changes

Finally, Google has made some big changes to latest Android L. After all we haven't seen fresh look since Android ICS back in 2011. Now, There are 4 major changes in Android L's preview worth paying attention to
1. An overall design overhaul
2. Improved notifications
3. Redesigned multitasking
4. Google Chrome

Let's see new feature one by one,

Notifications in Android L

Design changes in Android L

Design Changes are really pretty. KitKat's Holo theme is replaced by new Colorful theme called 'Material Design' with soft edges.

The UI is rich, shapes are simplified, more responsive experience and more seamless transitions.  The dialer, for instance, now features bright blocks of color and playful animations throughout. The calculator is equally colorful, and the notification shade hints that you need to give it a little tug to access additional controls. Gmail got new typography that works as effectively on small screens.

Android’s primary buttons are also seeing a change into simple but elegant geometric shapes, and the new icons are pretty cool.

Notifications in Android L

There's room for improvement in Notifications of KitKat. In Android L, you can interact with notifications, right from lock screen - quickly swiping them away, double tapping on notification, sorted by relevance and importance not by chronologically anymore.

Google has introduces new 'heads up notifications', which pop interactive colorful notification over your current task. It's definitely more visually appealing!

Multitasking in Android L

A triangle looks like a back button, so it’s used to represent back; a square looks like Android’s multitasking cards, so it’s used to access the multitasking menu; and a circle echoes the the button that's long been used to pull up the app drawer.

The multitasking menu actually looks a very different from previous Android versions, taking on a design that makes it work more like a free-floating cards or rolodex. Visually it is appealing, but user friendly or not? that user will decide after using.

 New Improved 'Chrome'

Chrome is getting definitely good love from papa Google. It get major redesign, and I loved it. The  interface will pull in not just apps you've launched, but also tabs you've opened on your desktop. And, developers can make links go to apps instead a web page. So, if you search for a restaurant on your laptop, the recent menu won't simply open up a web page, but could launch directly into the Yelp reviews.

Android L Released - Fresh design, improved notifications and redesigned Multitasking

Other Android L Features,

A new runtimem called ART, which was written from the ground up to support ARM, x86, and MIPS, and gives a 2x performance benefit without developers having to lift a little dev finger.

Google promised to improve battery life in upcoming Android L, there's improvement in search, and general performance of the OS, but that's all difficult to test on an Google IO preview. Additionally, Android L includes a few security improvements.

One more thing in Google IO Android L's Preview, they are calling it 'L', not Lolipop. So, this mean L stands for something else or what? What are your speculations and expectations from Android L? State your comments.
